Autumn Qigong Series
In this 12-part online series, we'll focus on nourishing your lung and large intestine meridians to boost your immune system and prepare your internal energy for this transition out of expansive summer energy.
⭐️Each video is half-hour long and yours to keep forever.⭐️
Autumn is the season of letting go and laying down what no longer serves you. In Chinese medicine, Autumn is connected to the Metal (or air) element. Grief and joy are the emotions connected to the Metal element.
In this Autumn Qigong series, we’ll focus on letting go and releasing on all levels: physically, emotionally, and mentally.
It’s a good time to:
1. Purge
2. Tonify
3. Circulate the lung Qi
4. Boost the immune system
5. Help the large intestine release
The Lungs and Large Intestines are tasked with processing and releasing grief, worry, and sadness. When you move qi through these meridians, you are able to experience a feeling of contentment and a more consistent sense of joy.
Grief cleanses you of what is no longer needed in your life. Yet when the energy of Metal/Air is blocked or imbalanced, your expression of grief can become imbalanced or inappropriate, maybe it's excessive and ongoing, or it may be stuck, as an inability to express your grief.
The metal element also gives you a sense of your self-worth. When your metal energy is out of balance, we may try to acquire worth from outside sources; status, money, others, power etc. This qigong series assists you in finding self-respect and a sense of worth from within.
With a focus on the immune system, this course is helpful for those struggling with internal Qi deficiency; chronic fatigue, adrenal burnout, or depression. Also, highly helpful for those with any chronic lung weakness and respiratory conditions.

Qigong is a moving meditation practice. It can be personalized to your own abilities. With this practice, you can learn to trust your own energy and body by honoring what you experience.
No experience is needed. Good for children and elders and everyone in between.
This practice is safe if you are pregnant. (Do not practice if you feel sick, such as a cold or flu. Rest and recover before you attempt to move qi.)
