The exciting news is research in neuroscience helps us understand the science of safety. This information works as a user manual—the manual of being human. Here's what we'll be covering in the one-hour free webinar:
-
An overview of the nervous system
-
The mechanics and symptoms of anxiety
-
Holistic options of mental and physical well-being
-
How to map out a support plan that is designed specifically for your needs
-
Thirteen tools to experiment with immediately to see what works best for you
There's a lot to cover on this subject, but I plan on making this easy to comprehend and user-friendly. You'll have a recording sent to you afterwards for a reminder of all that we covered.
It's my hope that you leave the hour we share together with more information, some new tools, and a sense of what's possible in dealing with chronic or acute anxiety.
Tia Ma, a holistic healer for over three decades, is trained in Qigong, Massage, and Holistic Coaching. She specializes in teaching neuroception, the art of tracking your emotions and nervous systems with mindfulness and presence. Her personal healing journey guided her deep into the world of energy healing with chakras, the aura, and subtle energy fields. As an artist, the use of symbology and color plays a big part of her healing work, as well as working in the dream world. Practiced in Qigong since 1995, she began her teacher apprenticeship with Robert Peng in 2017. His apprenticeship with the legendary Shaolin monk Xiao Yao began when he was 8. With her focus on integrating emotional responses in the body, listening to intuition, and empowering a sense of self-care, Tia offers insightful reflections and recipes for healing. She blends ancient knowledge with modern-day research on the nervous system, the polyvagal theory, attachment styles, and self-care.
