Tia Ma LMT
As a holistic healer for over three decades, I am trained in Qigong, Massage, and Holistic Coaching. I teach neuroception, the art of tracking your emotions and nervous systems with mindfulness and presence.
My healing journey guided me deep into the world of chakras, the aura, and subtle energy fields early on. As an artist, the use of symbology and color plays a big part in my healing work, along with working in the dream world.
Practicing Qigong since 1995, I began my apprenticeship in 2017 with Robert Peng, who studied with the legendary Shaolin monk Xiao Yao.
With a focus on integrating emotional responses in the body, listening to intuition, and empowering a sense of self-care, my work offers insightful reflections and recipes for healing. My approach blends ancient knowledge with modern-day research on the nervous system, polyvagal theory, attachment styles, and self-care.
