This course offers a buffet of options to experiment with as you explore what works best for your unique nervous system. You will receive a range of tools to use in different situations via a library of videos to use as needed.
This class is NOT a course on stopping anxiety and never experiencing it again (I wish!). But it WILL show you how to remain flexible between dysregulation and regulation and help you find your way back to safety when you experience anxiety.
This workshop is not a replacement for your psychotherapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist relationship. It is also not to be used in place of any anxiety or depression medication you may be on. The work and tools presented here can be used in conjunction with your current anxiety treatment, as well as by people who are just beginning their journey of understanding anxiety. Consult your doctor before changing any prescriptions.

"Tia is a fantastic Qigong instructor! Joining her Qigong classes has been an integral part of my healing journey over the past few years. Part of what makes her such an effective instructor is that she incorporates her knowledge of other healing modalities like Chinese medicine into her classes. And her teaching style is very accessible. I not only enjoy learning Qigong techniques from her but find myself benefiting from them almost immediately.
If you are looking for someone to help you harmonize the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your life, I highly recommend working with Tia."

"Tia is a phenomenal Qigong instructor. I bought her Winter Qigong series last fall when I was facing some major health challenges, and the videos were easy to follow, calming to my frazzled nervous system, and simply a joy to experience.
I've been fortunate enough to learn nervous system regulation tools from her, which have been a game-changer. I now have the tools to pause and regulate any time I'm feeling anxious or shut down.
I wholeheartedly recommend everything that Tia offers!"
